Like I have said before, I love to read cookbooks like a good novel. I just picked up this one after seeing it featured on Rachael Ray. And although I am not a huge Gwyneth fan (this has more to do with her attempt to break into country music than anything else), I absolutely love this book. It is beautiful. It has simple lovely recipes and heartfelt stories of family and life in general. It inspires me to want to write my own cookbook. Maybe I will someday. Anyway, pick this up next time you are at a bookstore. You will not regret it.
