Four-aversary

Today David and I have been married for four years, four months, and four days. So we deemed it our four-aversary. We originally had plans to go out and celebrate when David got home from work (he usually gets home early on Fridays), but then Jax decided to take an afternoon nap. And everyone knows that you NEVER wake a sleeping baby. Also, Jax hates sleeping so whenever he is actually asleep we do not disturb him.

So instead of going out for a nice meal and ice cream at the "expensive place" (Tutti Frutti) as David calls it, we ordered a pizza and ate it in bed (like we did when we were first married and had a 600 sq ft apartment and no table). But no celebration is complete without dessert, so there were these cupcakes:

And to finish the night off, we are watching the BYU game on TV.

This cougar fan has been ready to go ALL day! (Excuse the awful cell phone pics from my ancient 3s)

Tiny was supposed to go to bed, but as previously mentioned, he hates sleeping. And he seems to be pretty into the game, so I guess because it is a special occasion, he can stay up.

So much has happened in the last four years, four months, and four days.  We have definitely had our fair share of hard times, but for the most part, life is good. It's been a fun four-aversary babe. I look forward to celebrating many more special times with you. xoxo
